Shipping policy

Because our pieces are not manufactured and every item is hand made please understand that pieces may not look exactly the same nor identical to picture online.  Shipping is provided through USPS with tracking as soon item shipped. Expect your package to ship within 3-5 days.  Please contact us if your order needs to be rushed. We are not responsible for wrong address entered by buyer.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Calista Design Studio is not responsible for order after it has reached the Postal Office.  Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance before purchasing.
